COOKIE - What they are
A cookie is a simple text file that is stored on the user's computer or mobile device by a website's server and can be read or retrieved by the server itself. It contains some information and allows the website to remember, for example, the user's preferences or the products in their cart. The Electronic Communications Directive and the Privacy Authority's Provision of May 8, 2014, no. 229, regarding "Identification of simplified procedures for the information and acquisition of consent for the use of cookies," provide that the use of cookies may only be allowed with the user's consent.
Why we use Cookies

In some parts of our site, cookies are used to collect aggregated data on the activities carried out by the user on the website, for example, by recognizing the user who returns to visit a site. These cookies do not collect data that allows the user to be identified and all information is collected anonymously.
Types of cookies used
We have classified the cookies we use according to their type of use into:
1) TECHNICAL SESSION COOKIES
2) THIRD PARTY COOKIES TECHNICAL COOKIES
a) BROWSING OR SESSION COOKIES
They are used in order to carry out the transmission of a communication over an electronic communications network, and are strictly necessary to enable specific requested functionalities that ensure normal browsing and use of the website (for example, allowing a purchase to be made or logging in to access reserved areas). These cookies can then be distinguished based on their persistence on the user's device: those that are automatically deleted at the end of each browsing session are called "session cookies" (for example, the aforementioned online shopping cart). If, on the other hand, they have a longer lifespan, they are called permanent cookies. The installation of such cookies does not require the user's prior consent. Here is a list of session Technical cookies:
THIRD-PARTY COOKIES
"Third-party" cookies are linked to services provided by third parties. The third party provides these services in exchange for information regarding the user's visit to our site. As a result, third-party cookie providers are also required to comply with the relevant regulations. For this reason, we refer you to the links to the web pages of the third-party site, where users can find the consent forms for cookies and their related information notices.
